EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange an item, please visit our Refund&Exchange portal form or contact our customer service team at info@themangastore.in within 7 days of receiving your order. We prioritize hygiene standards for our products and any exchanges will be subject to a quality check before approval.

Please note that we reserve the right to decline a return if;

(1) the product/s are returned after use.

(2) the products are damaged.

We require 7-14 business days to process the exchange once we receive the returned item.

Exchanges can only be done for the same product for a different size and are subject to availability. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit valid for 1 month from the date of issue.

REFUND

Cancellation and refund are not possible for any orders. In the case of a return, the amount will be credited back to you in the form of store credit.

As stated on our website, if the product is damaged or does not meet the quality specifications, Then only Refund is possible, please visit our Refund&Exchange portal form or send images to info@themangastore.in and we will respond within 24 hours.
